Paperless Pipeline is offered free of long-term contracts, lock-in, set up fees, or termination fees. You can simply pay as you go and cancel if you no longer want to use the application.
Once you cancel, you won't be charged again. However, you forfeit the remainder of your current month and all past charges are non-refundable. No pro-rated or partial refunds will be given. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
To cancel your account, send an email from your admin email address to help@paperlesspipeline.com. Requests to cancel an account should be sent seven days in advance of your next billing date to allow staff sufficient time to grant your request.
You are responsible for ensuring you have any necessary local backups of your data before requesting cancellation. Once we have cancelled your account, your data will no longer be available through the system.
Use of electronic signature functionality will incur additional costs based on the Customer's subscription. Any usage limits, overage charges, or future pricing related to electronic signature features will be clearly outlined in the Billing section of the Customer’s account. Customers will be notified in advance of any changes to pricing or billing.
